Biggest guilty pleasure?
Loving Earth chocolate! Being dairy intolerant it was so exciting to find a non-dairy alternative that actually tastes amazing!! Definitely pick one or two up next time you’re in store! My personal favs are Cheesecake and Salted Caramel 🤤

What are you most passionate about?
I absolutely LOVE health and fitness!! Researching about health always intrigues me and I love to find different healthy alternatives. As for fitness I spend majority of my time playing sport or being at the gym.

Just doing everything to my best ability, which will hopefully lead to new and exciting opportunities in life.

Do you have a favourite blogger? Why?
My favourite blogger is definitely Sarah’s Day. She’s actually a vlogger (films her life and posts videos on the internet). She created her vlog to share her health and fitness journey. Since creating her vlog she has released 2 fitness E-books, created an activewear line, come out with protein balls and collaborated with loving earth. I love watching her healthy recipes, workout routines and product reviews. Definitely recommend looking her up if you're interested in health and fitness!

Tell us a random fact most people don’t know about you?
I love going to the gym or exercising if I’m ever feeling stressed or bored. Just having those endorphins always seems to brighten my day up.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Majority of my spare time is spent playing sport or going to the gym. On the rare occasion I do like to relax with friends and family, especially going out for brunch and getting smashed avo! 😍

Share your fav recipe!

Veggie Pesto Pasta

1 cup Cashews
Bunch of basil
Olive oil
Garlic cloves
Lemon juice
* Eyeball these to your own taste and blend it up! The consistency should be a paste.

Choose whatever veggies you want to put in. I usually have mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and peas.
* Chuck everything into a pan and cook veggies until they are just soft. Once they are cooked mix through the pesto.

You can use whatever pasta you like! I usually opt for zoodles (zucchini noodles).
* Add your chosen pasta and mix through and your done! Super easy lunch or dinner.
