Summer Smoothie Bowl - Acai Superfoods Bowl

Being the last month of summer, we're enjoying as many smoothie bowls as possible. Here's one our family loves - the Acai Bowl with bananas, dates, peanut butter and heaps of superfoods! Check out the recipe below.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 sachets of frozen acai
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon of maca powder
- 2 teaspoons moringa powder
- 1 cup of wild organic blueberries
- 5 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter
- 300ml Coconut Water
TO GARNISH
- Strawberries
- Coconut (shredded)
- Cocoa Nibs

METHOD: 
- Combine all ingredients into a high power blender. Blend until smooth. Place into a bowl and garnish with strawberries, cocoa nibs and shredded coconut. 
TIP: Make more than you need and freeze in portions for later!
